        I would say the main thing is IP support! SFM works over
AppleTalk, so your limited to working on a LAN/WAN that has AT set up.
DAVE (and the Windows "sharing" protocol) is based on top of TCP/IP, so you
can use it over any "standard" Internet/Intranet situation.
