Heh, that reminds me of this sticker that was floating around at a
ski/snowboarding expo i went to back in November.

Ah, yes, i was going to mention clones. i remember last year's
(or was it two years ago?) MacWorld, where Power Computing was just
HUGE. Steve Huang's face was hanging on a humongous banner, and
posters were everywhere. They had reps running around in daytime
camo with bullhorns. Humvee's driving between the Moscone buildings
with propaganda spouting out of their speakers. And a really big,
really impressive booth. And it was fun!

And hrm, it took attention away from Apple. Maybe that's why Steve
squashed 'em. Stupid though... he could've sold a _lot_ of MacOS
licenses. And hey, a bigger Macintosh share, whether the hardware is
Apple-branded or not, is _still_ good for Apple.
