[WinMac] Forcing DHCP lease renewal on Mac? (a la WINIPCFG.EXE)

There's one thing that i've found quite handy about the DHCP client in
WinDOSe (er, 95/98 :) and NT, and that's the fact that from winipcfg (or
ipconfig in NT), you can actually release the DHCP address and force a
renewal.

Anybody know of a tool that can do this on a Macintosh?
