    Reboot?

    Boot into safe mode, switch to standard VGA for an adapter, reboot, and
    re-install your existing video drivers...look for upgrades while you're
    at it.

    NOTE! For many video cards, you will DEFINITELY want to use the ones
    provided by the computer manufacturer...I just had someone 'upgrade' an
    nVidia card with drivers frrm somewhere else, and it messed up the machine.
